We have performed in all sorts of venues including marquees, hotel function rooms, village halls, converted barns, manor houses, stately homes, castles and many more. We've played to crowds of 50 to 2000 and to audiences of all ages. We always make sure everyone has great night with everyone singing and dancing all night long! Organisation...
We appreciate that a wedding can be a lot of organising, so let us take the stress away. We can guide you as to will work best for your wedding, personalise the show to your musical tastes, take care of the timings on the night and liaise with the venue. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the show.
The full package...
There is no need to book an extra DJ, to entertain your guests whilst the band are off stage, we can provide you with the full evening’s entertainment in one package. Included in our fee is a professional DJ service to provide music before, in between and after the band’s performances. We can also provide background music for the meal and a microphone for speeches. If you want to throw the bouquet or cut the cake after the reception has started, just let us know and we can organise it all for you.
The first dance...
We are happy to learn you first dance song, free of charge. Just let us know what song you would like for your first dance and we will do the rest. Let us know whether you want to dance on your own or get everyone up with you and we'll organise your guests.

Musicology are a professional 3 piece party band who perform regularly at weddings and private parties. The band performs 100% live and features a line up of keyboards, vocals, drums and bass. The individuals in Musicology are all experienced professional players having completed hundreds of gigs between them in all styles of music. Once you have made a booking with the band we are more than happy to meet with you to discuss all the details for your event. Often we will do this at the venue so we can check out where we will be playing. We are also easily contactable by email or on the phone.
